What should I do if I withdraw to the wrong address?
During the coin withdrawal operation, Bico will enter the automatic coin withdrawal sequence after you complete the security verification and click [Submit], which cannot be stopped. If you fill in the wrong address, due to the anonymity of the blockchain address, Bico will not be able to find the recipient of your funds and therefore cannot provide you with further assistance.
How to get back the funds withdrawn to the wrong address?
If you mistakenly sent assets to the wrong address, and you know the owner of that address, we recommend that you contact the owner directly to negotiate recovery of your assets.
If your assets were sent to the wrong address on another platform, please contact that platform's support team for assistance.
If you forget to fill in the remarks (Tag/Memo) when withdrawing to the other platform, please contact the other platform and provide the transaction ID (TxID) and corresponding information you withdraw on Bico to retrieve it.
